Meeting called to order at 7:31 pm
Justin read minutes from June meeting.
Brian Jarvis, Treasurer was not present for report so we are assuming numbers are similar or better.
Alan Gray, Vice President, gave a membership report of 172 members, three (3( new ones being present at tonight meeting.
James Partridge gave a Rally Report: BAC has the upcoming Ledwidge loop Rally and is looking for volunteers for this Sundays event.
The Ledwidge Lookoff Rally is in August and BAC is also having a navigational rally in August that will be Starting at Subaru, Dartmouth, NS.
Taylor MacArthur, Solo Director gave a solo report: The Digby Double had 28 competitors. Thanks to Craig English Motorsports and Raplh Gedson, PPM for the donations to the sport. Overall Diby showed some good competition. Next autoslalom is this Saturday in Truro.
The next Time Attack will be a double and will be hald on September 2 and 3. The Saturday will be an AFRA schhol and lapping day. Cost will be:
160 for 1 day
250 for 2 days
300 for 3 days
Regarding Cancelled Time Attack event: Sup rules were submitted but not posted. There continued to be lots of talk regarding the cancellation of this event by many. It was stated by Taylor that there needed to be experienced marshals at these events and not just bodies. The reason for this events cancellation can be traced back to the fact that the Sup rules were not posted in time.
Debbie Miller, President gave the Race Report: There was no race in July, the next race will be August 11 and 12
Frank McCarthy spoke as entetainment.
George Sheppard spoke about the yearly calendar and the need to look at the amount of events going on and the concern for some clubs to have more of a “manopoly” over bookings leaving no room when a cancellation has to occur.
Debbie mentioned Ralph’s contribution of the new woreless Timing System.
Chris Ward gave a $300 donation from O’reagan’s.
Bruce Buntain told stories about his experiences with motorcycles in Beijing.
New Business:
Eveil Genius Racing from California is expected to be at the track during the next race as a guest of Taylor.

Bruce Buntain is selling a 72 Chevy truck and has room for storage in his barn for vehicles. Cost 250 for the season, 400 for heated.
