Presidents Report
No formal president’s report was provided.
Membership Report
Charlotte Partridge provided new membership forms from the recent ASCC Slalom making a total of 158 members.
ARMS have been paid for ~151 levies.
Treasurer Report
Brian Jarvis was not present but provided balances.

Lots of outstanding deposits from the last few events.
Insurance cheques and other expenses items may not have been processed.
The August race weekend pig roast lost some money due to poor weather.
Race Report
The 4th annual Jack Canfield Race took place yesterday at AMP. The Maritime Legends car series made the JCM the final points race of their season. 15 cars entered. A tiebreaker for the championship was broken during the race.
19 cars were entered for the 3 hour endure.
For the 3 hour enduro, Derek Lugar and Paul Gray won the race over Blu VanDaalen and his co-driver by a narrow .280 margin over the entire 3 hours. Dave Hudson and Josh Boudreau finished third.
George Sheppard has formally announced his retirement from flagging at AMP (Again).
On October 30th at the Sobeys on Robie Street in Truro a racers meeting will be held to discuss topics for the upcoming AGM.
Rally Report
The final RallySprint event is next weekend on the 23rd in Tennecape, Nova Scotia. Volunteers are always appreciated and will be greatly required for larger events in the coming year.
The Fourth and final navigational event is the BAC TO Bridgewater event which should be taking place on the amended date of October 29th. Supplemental Regulations will be posted shortly.
Solo Report
Taylor MacArthur was not present, Jason provided a report.
The final ASCC/Regional event at AMP was Sunday with 42 entries, a new record for a Slalom event at AMP. Weather was excellent with a few minor organization issues around the timing software and worker arrangements.
Taylor would like to have 4 ASCC Regional slaloms in 2012 (Up from 3), Jason would like to see ASCC hold 3 Time Attack events with MMSC organizing 1.
The ASCC Slalom trophy needs to be collected from Brian Gay.
New Business
George Sheppard has volunteered to perform as the ASCC Executive Nominating committee for this year. Gordon Sleigh will not be re-offering as club secretary due the fact that he and Daphne are expecting a baby in March.
The ARMS AGM will be November 3-5th, Banquet tickets are $45/plate, Rooms are $119/night, ask for the ARMS rate. The positions of President and Secretary are up for election.
