Solo: Last event Oct 12. Very rainy. 3X cars registered, made for a poor event. Did three runs, were planning six but poor weather cut day short. This was a makeup event for one lost to Dorian in Sept. Van has been put away for the winter. Solo trailer is sold to BAC pending us finding the proper title documentation. Not much planned for AGM workshop this weekend. Will cover timer failure issues, course design, deceased wildlife on course, car classing, scrutineering, and car numbers. Ming’s position may be up for offer.
Race: Latest race meeting saw many rule revisions and loophole removals. Looking for five races for 2020, including JCM. JCM may be moved to a separate weekend from the bike weekend (bikes are moving) so may also be moved away from thanksgiving. AGM topics include minimum/maximum lap times, noise restrictions, voting on rule modifications.
Rally: NavX in Jan, ruleset needs to be voted on due to revisions.
Treasurer: $20,930 in chequing, outstanding cheques and deposits would total $21,650. Brian will check on kartbahn for Jan event. Free for any who were at AGM.
