Solo: First event May 12th, Stoneridge fellowship. HPDS the following weekend. Scott still needs marshalls. Ian looking at renting radios for HPDS.
Race: Big changes to entry fees, points, and race format. Supplemental regulations to follow. Still looking for someone to work gate for at least race days, preferably for the weekend. Tech for season will be done on first race weekend. Debbie just got AMP rental agreement, but hasn’t had time to review for changes.
AMP is looking for volunteers to help with tire barrier and new garbage can placement. See ARMS site for details.
Rally: May 20, Navex rally, Windsor curling club. Registration closes 1pm.
Lookoff rally Aug 11, 12. Will have a charity ride in a rallycar at an adjacent weekend.
Presidents Meeting discussed drone procedure. ASN has not set a blanket no, but there are requirements including an operator licence, insurance, and other rules. If operator has those, they are permitted to operate. Region will distribute rules to event organizers.
Old Business: ASCC lifetime achievement award given to Frank McCarthy for 2016.
