Treasurer: Brian J $6899 in paypal, $10737 in chequing. Down a bit due to ARMS AGM. Debbie planning to talk to region about paying for conference rooms and dinner tickets reserved.
New business: ASCC rally poster from 1963. Will have copies produced, 700 miles! 15×20, run of 40 for $40. Club will buy and then sell to members. Notify Brian J or club. Club will offer copy to Colin Pugh (son of artist).
Solo: joel. Not much goin on, dates to church, their calendar meeting is Jan 18th. Scotia and Digby dates submitted as well. Waiting for reply. Scotia this year will have preregistration mandatory. Hoping to have datrs confrimed end july. HPDS entry: $260 or $280. AMP rates will increase.
Need to decide who to approach for lunch.
Motion to offer tow fund, must be Ascc member as of june 15th. Tow fund for CAC: must attend 4 of 6 (digby as 2)club events before CAC. $2000 divided by # of eligible competitors who attend CAC. Max of $200 per person. Two entrants sharing a car each are eligible. All in favour. 2016 car changes not complete. Digby Tshirt: Devon is Club champion. This is 3rd year, so we will let him pick tshirt colour. Deadline for ordering is 10 days before event. Will try to have shirts tied to pre registration. Cost for digby anticipated to be $80, lunch to be provided sat, available on site sunday.

Rally: 46 at last rallyx. Will now start 1 hr earlier to acommodate. Cars Agm last weekend. Studs will be allowed in stage rally events, see rules. Looking at adjustments to production class rules.
Race:skype calls with new director. Spec miata contract not signed. Should be soon. Race conflicts with CAC. May have double race weekend in June. Trying to get some chump cars to enter trac.
Old: arranged delivery of trophy for brian bent.
New: loss of club member Brandon Pearce. Club has sent condolences to the family.
