Membership Report Approximately 150 members on file. Jason will complete the tally for the end of September to settle with ARMS when we are invoiced. Treasurer Report ARMS Region Dues are complete at the end of September. $6580.29 in chequing including written but not cashed cheques $8039.56 in PayPal Race Report Only 9 or 10 racers have pre-registered for the September race. Debbie needs at least 16. Debbie will shake the trees for more entries. The Jack Canfield Enduro is still planned for October, advertising will begin after the September race. The September race weekend will have a Saturday evening Pig Roast with $15 tickets. Rally Report The second BAC Rally event took place in August as a full rally. This was the first full rally event in Atlantic Canada in 18 years. 4 teams participated in the 44km event with no incidents. Steve Quigley and Clarke Paynter took home first place. The final BAC RallySprint event will take place in October. The next Navigational Rally Event is October 8th with the BAC TO Bridgewater. Solo Report The ASCC Regional SoloSprint took place on the weekend with 22 attendees for Saturday Lapping and 14 people for the Sunday Sprint. There were some minor incidents but no damage. The event broke even. The next Slalom is this Sunday in Truro with the last event being the Regional in October. New Business The ASCC AGM is coming up in December. We will have the formal meeting in December at the Riverside Pub with a 'social AGM' to take place in January at Kartbahn. The ARMS AGM is coming up in November. Debbie would like to have a discussion to take place in advance about dates for the calendar rather than going in unprepared to the scheduling meeting.
