Jason has provided a Google Documents link for an up-to-date membership list to be shared among the Executive. Treasurer Report $8298.13 in chequing account, PayPal is in flux due to a large volume of membership and school deposits. Cheques are all caught up with the exception of a small uncashed expense cheque to Jason Smith and Taylor MacArthur requiring a deposit cheque to the Millbrook First Nation for use of the Truro Power Centre lot on the 15th. Race Report The Race school is progressing with 5 to 6 entrants. The first race will take place the last weekend in May. Rally Report RallyCross season has concluded. The next regional Navigational Rally event is in June, organized by BAC and the next RallySprint event is in July, also organized by BAC. Solo Report Discussions were had with Taylor regarding the new lot at the Truro Power Centre. Arrangements have been made and will be formalized in writing soon. Arrangement of the lot is very much thanks to former member Dave English who is acting as band solicitor and put in a good word. The first slalom event will be May 15th. Jason and Taylor had discussions about lot setup and For the purposes of the High Performance Driving School and other events we will be attempting to require strict display of ARMS membership cards at registration to ensure valid, current membership. Since ARMS will be running with SCCA classes this year, classing is causing and confusion but will sort itself out over time. Slalom lots will cost $2800 for facility rentals for the season requiring 140 entrants overall to break even. Currently 12 entries for the High Performance Driving School. A discussion took place regarding the Maritime High Performance Drivers Club being organized by MMSC. New Business Meeting adjourned at: 8:39pm Todo: Set up online registration for the May 15th event.
