Treasurer Report $9793.52 Bank balance $139.30 PayPal balance Brian has renewed the club's Joint Stock Registry. ($28.03) Race Report A recently released GIS survey of AMP was discussed, some controversy has come up online concerning this document. The region requires a new publisher for the TRAC Program. Debbie has talked to Sherrie Hennigar who works for Kwik Copy on behalf of the region. Who pays for the program is in question and needs to be determined. Last year ASCC paid for an ad in the program which was never run. Rally Report No new TSD rallies in February, though several BAC RallyCrosses took plate. The next TSD rally will be a BAC Event in April. A Kijiji ad for a 'Rally School' based in a 'purpose built facility' in Moncton was found. Gordon will contact the organizers to determine more information and what it means to the region. Solo Report AMP is considering adjusting their rates for the rental of the facility for slalom events with a flat rate replacing the per-user fee. Taylor has provided Jason some tentative dates for events, Jason is dealing with some conflicts with AMP and other clubs, specifically with the BMW club. MMSC is starting a lapping club of its own. Some questions about organization, insurance, etc were discussed. Flat rate for the season with a set number of events for all interested. New Business Kevin Partridge has discovered an ASCC poster on Kijiji from a vintage 'Valley Rally', Brian Jarvis is investigating purchasing. More discussion took place concerning the upcoming SpeedSport East show, we will try and get as many cars as possible entered from our region.
