Meeting called to order at 7:36pm, 3 Members Present

Old Business

Gordon has received the AGM Solo report from Taylor MacArthur and will post the ASCC AGM minutes shortly.

Several members of the executive visited CIBC and updated the club account with proper signatures.

Gordon has forwarded http://www.ascc.ca as an interim website, he also showed a new framework for a new website which he will continue to work on.

Presidents Report

No formal presidents report was provided.

Membership Report

The mailing of membership cards was discussed, Debbie will pursue that with Jason.



Treasurer Report

The $100 donation cheque from ASCC to Charlie Legere has yet to be cashed. Debbie has followed up with Charlies wife who is investigating.

Several cheques were made out to ARMS for anaual affiliation

Race Report

Bruce McNutt has built a Spec Miata for the new Spec Miata series. Other cars are being built as well.



Rally Report

ASCC hosted the first Regional TSD Rally of the season with the Supposed Snow rally organized by Ian Pearce, Maria Driscoll and Tim Dine. 14 participants ran the event including Garry Sowerby who will be writing an article for the newspaper.
