Meeting called to order at 7:47pm, 4 Members Present

Old Business

A discussion took place concering recent correspondence with Jamal Campbell. It was agreed that the required apology has not yet been received and further communication will be sought. It was suggested that the club produce its own apology letter for Jamal to sign and accept.

Presidents Report

Debbie Miller was absent so no Presidents Report was provided.


Membership Report

Jason hasn't processed memberships recently. An updated count will be provided at the Club meeting next week.


Treasurer Report

Paypal Balance: $1173.23
Chequing Account: $7756.45

The final financials were tallied for the 2009 CSC SoloSprint nationals which resulted in the Club losing approximately $700. 

The 2010 SoloSprint nationals will be held in Western Canada.


Race Report

Brian Gay has 1 definite and 3 possibles for the spring Race School.


Rally Report

The finaly RallyCross of the BAC 09-10 will take place this Sunday which unfortunately conflicts with a Fredricton club rally.

The next navigational rally is June 5th, the BAC Bluenose rally starting and finishing at the Windsor Curling Club. Dinner will be provided.


Solo Report

Only 4 spots remail for the Evolution slalom school. The school is still scheduled for May 22-23rd.

The June 5th Autoslalom will be changing dates to avoid conflict with the BAC Bluenose rally. The rescheduled date has not been determined. The date should be determined by the ASCC Club meeting next week.


New Business

Jason has been researching having embroidered ASCC badges. It was agreed that he should pursue having 25 crests made.
