Membership Report A dozen or so new memberships were taken by George Sheppard at the Musquodobit Madness rally on Saturday. Some ARMS levies are still outstanding for 2009. Brian to verify with Mike McRae. Treasurer Report Treasurer was not present so no Treasurers report was provided. Race Report Debbie has asked Brian Gay whether he wants to take on the role of ASCC Race Director. Brian agreed but can't attend the meetings. It was agreed that he would provide reports to be read at meetings in lieu. Jason had a disucssion regarding the race calendar. MMSC is promoting a Mosport day the dates of the first race weekend which will put a strain on the proposed HPDS for instructors. Jason also indicated that every race day for 2010 conflicts with an event on the NSDRA calendar and has requested in the future that this be taken under consideration. Jason is already collecting entries for the High Performance Driving School. The AMP AGM will take place at Kartbahn on February 21st with a weather date of February 28th. Jenn Harrie is producing the TRAC Tour program again this year, she currently has $1200 of the required $1500 in funding provided. Options for other sponorship were discussed. Rally Report The Musquodobit Rally, organized by Ian Pearce and Maria Driscol of ASCC, took place on Sunday with a record 22 crews. ASCC member Bill Anwyll won Experienced with a clean 0 points. It was suggested to ask Tim Dine to be the ASCC Rally Director for 2010. Gordon will bring this to his attention. The next rally on the calendar is not until June/July due to the cancellation of the Snow What Rally. Avenues are being investigated to bringing organizers into smaller club level rallies to fill the gap. Solo Report Taylor MacArthur has assumed the role of Solo Director. Other Business Its ASCC's turn to host the ARMS AGM in 2010, various options were discussed. November 12-14th. Debbie and Brian will do preliminary contacts. Meeting adjourned at: 8:28pm Todo:
