Membership Report Treasurer Report Colin was not present so no Treasurers report was provided. Race Report Discussion was had of whether or not to have a double header race weekend in October opposite the Jack Canfield Enduro. Concensus was that hosting a full price race day before the discounted price Enduro would result in poor attendance. The double header weekend will result in difficulties for Volounteers since this is Thanksgiving weekend. The Canfield Enduro race will be conducted as an ASCC event again this year. Credits will be offered to those who submitted deposits for the cancelled August race towards the Enduro in lieu of a Refund. Rally Report The BAC TO Bridgewater rally is still expected to take place in October organized by Clarke Payner. Supp Regs should be available soon. The second BAC RallySprint event will take place in Elmsdale on October 4th. Gordon will be organizing an end-of-season Rally awards dinner at some point in October or November. Details forthcoming. Solo Report 16 competitors showed up for the August 30th SSW event. Joel Nelson claimed an FTP in a Legends car beating out the usual FTD favorites. September 27th is the final ASCC and final Regional event of the season at Atlantic Motorsport Park. AFRA will be holding a driving school and lapping on the 26th. SoloSprint Report Rob Sobey has donated a $1000 cheque for the Solo Sprint Championship. Brian and Alan have evaluated all the prizes donated and divided them up to packages for distribution at the event. Debbie will assist. 28 Entrants are registered so far for the event. A cheque for $500 arrived from NGK Sparkplugs. ARMS has submitted a cheque for $2500 for sponsorship of the event. Joanne will provide canteen services Saturday and Sunday. Paul will provide Tow Friday/Sat/Sunday. Marshals will be offered free admission to the gala dinner Saturday night which includes a full meal and single alcoholic beverage. Debbie has accepted the post of Clerk of the Course. 7 out of towners have pre-registered for the event. Meeting adjourned at: 8:31pm Todo:
