Meeting called to order at 7:15pm


A US Skip Barber Instructor has contacted Bill. He's moved to Moncton and is interested in instructing in the Regionl. Bill passed along Brian Gay and Derek Lugars contact info.


Presidents Report

No formal presidents report was given.


Membership Report

47 members at present. 



Treasurer Report

Treasurer was not present.



Race Report

Paul MacDonnell and Joanne Wilson have purchased work truck and are interested in catering events at AMP. They will continue to run the gate as well. Bill is making arrangements with them to cater the Solosprint Nationals in September.

Joanne's father may have some time available this summer and may be available for groundskeeping and maintenance duties.



Rally Report

BAC will be holding two RallySprint events in July and August. 

RallyCross is wrapping up next weekend.

The next Navigational Rally is June 20th at with the Bluenose Rally.



Solo Report

The Greenfield management has indicated that they want to increase their rates to $500 a day which will become unfeasable for events. Jason is negotiating for a lower rate.

Digby airport is repaving their runway service but has assured us that at least half of the strip will be available.

Solisprint dates will be June 28th, July 26th with a Rain date of August 16th. August 16th conflicts with a RallySprint date but its unlikely that this will impact either event. AFRA will run a lapping day prior to each event. 

Lapping session schools will be held on pre-arrangement before each lapping session. Jason has several people interested in these courses.

Bill is organizing duties for the SoloSprint nationals, hopefully by next week.
