  - President

The Porsche Club has shown interest in participating in ASCC HPDE and other events but have requested their own individual run groups and track time. General executive concensus was that Porsche Club members could join ASCC and participate in events as ASCC members without official Porsche club affilliation.

AMP Track rental fees have not been addressed yet for lapping, sprints and solo sessions.

  - Race

The Jack Canfield Memorial Enduro race was a rousing success proving that an enjoyable, well attended club race can be organized without ARMS. It also showed that cooperation in various aspects of organization can carry an excellent race both in competition and atmosphere. 18 Competitors entered and several marshals stands will be built based on the funds raised.

A discussion took place concerning the use of safety cars and how one would have worked at the Endurance race. 

Estimated cars for the 2009 race season is a median of 15 cars which is not sufficient to continue racing. Cost reductions in future races are being looked at in the forms of pot luck lunches, reduction in tow (trucks), negotiation with MRT. Entry fees per-car with no extra per-driver. 

  - Rally

Ian and Maria will be organizing a TSD rally for January as an ASCC Event. The goal of this event will be to get out more rally participants drawing from all diciplines. More promotion needs to be done to reach participants who may not otherwise hear about events.

Ian has expressed interest in having someone else take over the position as ASCC Rally Director but will continue the position if there is no interest.

  - Solo

Nothing new to report since the season is at a close.
