Called to order: 7:45pm 

-Membership
116 Members with 8 to add plus miscellaneous one day memberships submitted from Slaloms.
Umberto has finally received cash from Colin deWolfe for his membership in February. 
Joe Battrick still has not paid.

-Financial
$11135 + $760 in paypal account

-Solo
Slemon took place last weekend with 50-ish competitors. Saturday was rained out after two 
heats which made Sunday busier as one heat ran twice. The event turned out to be a car-breaker
with two retired engines, failed suspensions and various other mechanical failures. 

Next events are the first weekends in September in Digby and Greenfield respectively.

-Race
There was a good race in July though it was poorly attended with an actual proper battle in
the open wheel races. 

The ASCC Work party took place on the 31st which was well attended with members doing various
needed work including pruning the trees on the back stretch and cleaning the washrooms.

Superbike is this weekend and needs marshals.

-Website
The ARMS domain has expired due to Non-payment. Jason Smith is tracking down the possibility
of renewing the domain without Corey Kaye. Failing these options a temporary forum can be set 
up on the ASCC domain.

-Rally
The next rally is the Bluenose Autosport rally on August 18th in Bridgewater. Bill and Daphne
are both looking for navigators.
