Meeting called to order at 8:23pm



Presidents Report

No presidents report was provided as Brian was not present.



Membership Report

Just over 170 members on the books. At least a dozen new members since September which will carry over into 2010.



Treasurer Report

No balance report was provided. Cheques were directly provided to the ARMS Treasurer who was present.



Race Report

Debbie is the new ARMS Race director as Ralph has stepped down after 30 years.

The first Race committee conference call was held, the 2 hour conversation resolved some issues and simplified the payment structure for the 2010 race season. Legends cars will be invited to race with ARMS in 2010 as well.



Rally Report

ASCC Will be holding a Navigational rally in late January, the next RallyCross event will be January 3rd.


Solo Report

Jason has taken on the role of the regional Solo Sport director.

Jason has been in touch with the Debert airport about holding Solo events there. Things are looking promising on that front. 


The next ASCC meeting will be the AGM held at Kartbahn.
