A visiting guest of the meeting was in attendance due to reading the articles printed by Matt Bubbers in the Chronicle Herald. The ASCC AGM, traditionally held in December, will be held on January 12th at Kartbahn. Membership Report 160 current members on the books, 150 of which have been reported to ARMS. Treasurer Report Colin was not present to provide a treasurers report. ARMS AGM Report Bill received a call from the Legends series organizers saying that word has gotten out about how enjoyable the Canfield Enduro was for the Legends cars in attendance. The possibility of 6-8 Legends cars was discussed though they would like to have their own race to start out with. There was some concern by the Legends racers about whether or not their qualifications would apply for license requirements. This is being discussed informally. This will be discussed in detail at the AGM and decisions made. Proxies for the AGM were discussed and distributed. Alan Coles discussed the possibility of adding sponsorship to the ARMS forum to reduce overall ARMS costs. Mike Boutlier suggested that the ARMS website needs to be updated. Race Report Race issues were discussed as part of the AGM report. Rally Report The TO Bridgewater rally took place in October with Ian and Maria taking first experienced and Wayne Pitts and Kevin Partridge taking novice. The BAC RallyCross series started last weekend at AMP and the next event will be November 22nd at Scotia Speed World. Solo Report Taylor MacArthur will be taking over club Solo director. Nothing major to report for Solo. St Eustache via Carl Wener will be looking to hold the 2010 Slalom Naionals with the support of New England representatives. If the Nationals are not held in St Eustache a comperable non-national event will be held. ASN is looking for a Sprint Nationals location as well. SCCA rules were discussed but this will be decided at the ARMS AGM. Meeting adjourned at: 8:17pm Todo:
