Meeting called to order at 7:25pm Presidents Report No presidents report was given. Membership Report 36 Members are registered so far. A vote was taken at the ASCC AGM to make Brian Jarvis an honorary member which was passed. Treasurer Report No treasurers report was given. Race Report A tune and test has been arranged for Monday, May 18th for racers in conjunction with the High Performance Driving school as well as the usual race school for the first Race weekend. The AMP AGM will take place on March 15th at 11am at the Sackville Lions Club. The first Formula One event of the year is 3am, March 29th. Rally Report The BAC Snow What rally took place on February 28th which was well attended. Ian and Maria took first place with one point. Pidges rally for June is in progress with everything on course. Start finish is planned to be Dexters Subaru in Dartmouth. Tentatively for third week in June. The March 15th RallyCross event has been cancelled due to conflict with the AMP AGM. Solo Report The Scotia Speed World event dates for the season have been confirmed for July 1st and June 17th (evening). Other dates are still pending confirmation at Digby and Greenfield. The High Performance Driving Schools are ironed out and will be posted on the website promptly. The National SoloSprint event is progressing and Jason should have the Supplemental Regulations will be ready. Tim Dine has volounteered to do the SoloSprint Nationals site and may be interested in redesigning the ASCC site. Two club SoloSprints will be held by ASCC prior to the nationals. Bill has arranged with ARL to use their transponders and scoring system for the cost of the transponder rentals only. ($40/pp for the event) Other Business George Sheppard showed a selection of slides from historical races in the Atlantic Region.
