This was approved by ASN since it was the only proposal received. ASN's preferred date was Labor Day weekend. The formal proposal was read by Bill Anwyll. Bill has made arrangements with Dynomight to be on site. The event will be 3 days, with Day 1 being arrival and practice, Day 2 and 3 will be practice and competition. 3 cars will be allowed on cars at the track at one time. A lobster supper will be arranged, Bill has made arrangements with Joanne Wilson to organize the dinner. The event will be heavily promoted with the local media and potential sponsors. Advertisement of the event to potential competitors will be encouraged far and wide. Budget is based on 30 competitors at $300/ea. Combined with $5000 potential sponsorship results in a profit for ASCC.
