Membership: 146 members total including one outstanding

The Bluenose rally previously scheduled for August 16th appears to be off with no organizers available. 

This weekend there will be a SoloSprint event on Saturday and a Slalom on Sunday, both at Atlantic Motorsport park. Prospects for the SoloSprint are looking dim with not enough pre-registrations. If the SoloSprint event does not take place a lapping session will be held in its place.

The ASCC High Performance Driving School scheduled for August 22/23rd is looking similarly at risk due to low registration. If the school does not take place regular lapping session and Test/Tune will take place. The 4th race in the ARMS TRAC series takes place August 24th.

No other reports were presented due to the lack of respective directors and executive.

Those present decided to go forward with the previously discussed plan of moving the general meeting to the RiverSide Pub in Bedford, Nova Scotia for the month of September and possibly future dates.
